Hey everybody,

One of our housemates is moving out and we need another. The Craigslist ad
follows.

Benjamin

Why live in an apartment when you can have the unique experience of sharing a
house? Sunny quiet room (app 15 x 10) available in huge gorgeous Panhandle
Victorian house. Room has big walk-in closet, east and South exposures,
recently refinished hardwood floors, full victorian detailing.

House has lots of common space (guest room, dining room, living room, huge
remodeled gourmet kitchen w/adjoining sun porch) Wireless DSL NETWORK, washer
and dryer, addl storage space in basement. Hardwood floors throughout. Other
3 roommates are friendly, intelligent, interesting, considerate, late 20's to
early 30's, thoughtful, gainfully employed. Shared utilities run $50-70/mo
and include gas/elec, DSL/Phone, garbage and water. Location is at the nexus
of five buslines running downtown in 15-20 minutes and north south to
Castro/NV or PacHeights/Marina.

Ideally you are same general age range, gainfully employed, or able to pay
bills and friendly/interesting to hang out with from time to time w/o
expecting a new set of best friends. House is laid back but clean and
organized (with chores). people clean up after themselves and do their
dishes. email here or call 415-595-1193.

NO PETS, NO COUPLES, sorry!
