i'm very close to renting a 2 bedroom house in upper
noe valley - 25th and douglass. fantastic place with a
huge, private backyard, nice kitchen, lots of storage
space, victorian touches. lease would start sept. 1.

i'll be looking for a housemate starting either 9/1 or
10/1. my preference is to remain as the primary tenant
and then to sublease on month-to-month basis. i'm
definitely looking for someone who leads a pretty
active life, doesn't watch loads of TV, does not home
office much, is fun to hang with, etc.
