Recently, we have been asked a lot of questions regarding how to order
items that have been posted to this list before we post them online.
I would like to take this opportunity to go over a few things that are
good to know.

Payment: Nearly every single person on this list has made a purchase
from us at one time or another. There are a few of you who have
joined from our website, or our listing in Yahoo. For those of you
who are VERIFIED (meaning you have made a purchase from us, or have
spoken to someone at a live wrestling event), you are free to pay us
by personal check. For unverified customers (You have never made a
purchase from us), you ar required to pay by money order or bank draft
(money orders will cost you a service fee at most currecny exchanges,
however a bank draft is generally free at your financial institution).

All of our catalog subscribers are free to pay us online using Paypal.
you can draw funds from your bank, or from a credit card. It takes
literally 5 minutes to sign up for it if you are not already a member,
and they do pay a small amount of interest (probably better than what
your money is doing at your own bank!) If you sign up using this
referral link, you will get $5 automatically credited to your account
(who else gives you FREE money? FREE is GOOD!)

For those whom are already members of Paypal, and wish to send us
money for a purchase, simply send it to our e-mail address,
sfpincchicago@..., and Paypal will do the rest. It's a
very easy system, even for the most computer illiterate of our
subscribers!

Contact: Besides our e-mail, sfpincchicago@..., we have 3
other "instant messenger" addresses that you can always reach us at
when you see someone online. Whenever you see our user names in an
"online" status, that means someone on the Shadow Fire Promotions team
is online and ready to assist you in any way they can. That's not
limited to questions or concerns related to our existing inventory,
you can also use it for general comments, questions on the avalability
of items not listed, questions or concerns about the catalog,
questions on selling your collection, questions on discounts, or
anything else that comes to mind!

Since every member of our staff knows how to log on to any one of
these IM devices, you will often see us online and active at all sorts
of hours, so International users, don't fret about the time difference!

Recurring customers: Remember, if you have purchased an item from us
in the past via Amazon or Half, don't forget that if you see another
product you like online somewhere, simply e-mail us about it, and get
a $3 discount for a direct purchase! We'll also charge you the exact
amount for shipping, which is not always the case with online buying!
We've noticed a few customers who buy from Amazon or Half multiple
times, and each time, we enclose a flyer that lets them know they
could have saved $3 if they had purchased the item direct from us, and
not through Amazon or Half. Keep in mind, however, that the $3
discount ONLY applies to items priced $10 or more, and when a price is
announced through this list, that price is taking your discount into
consideration already, as the items are usually priced significantly
higher once they are listed online.

Referrals: It is mentioned towards the back of each catalog about our
referral program. If you refer a friend to this list, and they buy
$20 or more from us in a single purchase, you will receive a $5
discount on YOUR next single purchase of $20 or more. Keep in mind,
of course, that they have to mention your name when they buy,
otherwise we will have no way of knowing! This is our promotion, and
Yahoo has no way of tracking if members are referred to this list from
somwhere else (any information they may collect in regard to that is
for their purposes and has nothing to do with us.

Selling: If you have a collection you wish to sell to us, let us know.
It could earn you $5 off your next single purchase of $20 or more.
If your friend sells his collection to us and mentions your name, you
get a $5 referral commission (conditions apply - we have to actually
buy the collection)

All discounts are taken BEFORE shipping is added.

Along with our mailing address and IM screen names, we also have our
phone number listed. Feel free to call us if you have immediate
questions or concerns. The phone is in our main office, which is in
Central time, so we may not always have someone to answer the phone,
but you can always leave a message!

Catalog: As mentioned before, we've had a few software problems
stemming from our computer upgrade and transerring all of our software
onto the new machines. Well, somehow, not all of the programs
transferred over properly, and we were unable to get out a new
catalog. However, we have the majority of the problem licked, and
although it's not as perfect as we would like it to be, it's good
enough to be able to let us access our catalog and update it. We've
updated all of our "Big 3" stock, and are currently working with the
independent federations to have them update their stock, so we can add
it in to our catalog. Plus, we also have some new federations we have
been in talks with, and are hoping to feature them in our newest catalog!
