Greetings, Family! Just reaching out to remind everyone know that DC
ICE will soon begin its '05-'06 season. Ice practices begin Sat.,
June 18, at 9:00 AM.

For those willing and able, in preparation for our return to the ice
there will be dryland practice at Ft. Dupont on Sat. June 4 (next
weekend!) and Sat. June 11, both at 9 AM, meeting in front of the
rink. We will do some skating imitation exercises, including
slideboard and balance work, to get our legs ready to transition back
to the ice.
