The SCSSA Classification Meet entry forms are now available on the SCSSA Website, Local Meet Schedule Page. 

The Classification Meet is simply a time for us to see how fast everyone is skating, which will allow for accurate "grouping" skaters for the rest of the local meets.  Plus, it is a great time for you to see how you are doing, and help you prepare yourself for the first true Championship SCSSA meet.

This meet is also a time for the parents and other volunteers to practice their skills at officiating meets.  Remember, Moms & Dads, that we cannot have speed skating competitions unless you help out!  We *always* need help with officiating, so anyone not actually racing, please offer to help officiate!

Skaters:  Please note that you must be a member of the SCSSA, a local club if it is not your first year, and U.S. Speedskating before you can compete in any speed skating competition.  And more importantly, you can not register for either the SCSSA or U.S. Speedskating on the same day as the meet!!  If you need any help with registering please don't hesitate to ask!
