Re:  October 25th Special Event - Discussion with James Bauman Ph.D. Sport Psychologist  

 

Attached you'll find a sheet outlining details for the event with sport psychologist, James Bauman.  It's going to be a great program.  I've spoken at length with Dr. Bauman, giving him some of the history and background on our athletes so that he is able to anticipate topics and customize his program for our group.  I certainly hope that you take advantage of this opportunity to meet and learn from such an experienced professional.   

 

Read the info. sheet carefuly and notice that there are two separate discussion times - one is for athletes and one is for parents.  Please RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your space.  

 

There is no volleyball activity scheduled to take place at the velodrome on the 25th, so there will not be excessive noise in the building.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can start on-time.  We'll meet inside the main entrance of the velodrome and from that point you'll be directed where to go for the discussion.    

 

Keep in mind that peak performance sport psychology is not reserved for elite athletes.  Athletes of every level benefit.  Additionally, information and skills learned can be applied to other areas of life; not just sport.
