Hi Sue,
Sorry I didn’t get back to you last week. I talked with Bob about what was said about North Americans on the Board Call, and he said there was talk about making North Americans a requirement for ranking and Category 1, but nothing was decided. As of right now, with the regulations I have in front of me, you do not have to go to North Americans in order to get Category 1. I can’t promise that it won’t change at the meetings in September, but as of today you do not have to go to North Americans.
I wish I could be a little less vague, but you know how these things are sometimes.
