I'm not sure about New Yankee Stadium, but the photos I've seen suggest it's pretty close to eight feet all the way across, maybe nine.

For Citi Field, it's much more complicated. According to the New York Times, it's 12 ft. at the LF pole, sloping up to 15 ft. in LCF, then 11 ft. just left of  CF, 16 ft. in dead center, then 11 ft. just right of  CF,  then 8 ft. at the bullpens in RCF, jutting up to 18 feet in the portion underneath the second deck, then sloping down to 8 ft. in the RF corner.

Contrary to propaganda from The Bronx, RCF in New Yankee Stadium is at least ten feet shorter than at the latter-day version of Old Yankee Stadium. On my Web, site I suggested a modification for next year to cut back on all the cheap home runs, moving the fences back about ten feet between the power alleys.
