Around Dec 2nd, there was an article that said www.paperofrecord.com would be around for about 1 month more, then would cease to exist.  I assumed it would then be available in Google News Archive, but doesn't seem to be there yet. 
 
I'm guessing even when it's available, it may not be in .pdf format.
