P.S. I traveled to Newport, R.I. this past summer and was skeptical of the
claim that Cardines Field was the oldest baseball field still in use
(Newport tends to make such hyperbolic claims about all of its historic
structures)--but that claim was validated by this latest edition of Green
Cathedrals. Enjoyed the entry on Aloha Stadium too (going to Honolulu next
month).
