I got the below request but don't know who is studying this. Anybody have any ideas?

Lyle

I'm looking to do a feature or enterprise story on the decline in stealing of home. I've always thought this was the most exciting play in baseball, but teams or, rather, players seem reluctant to take the risk.

I know someone in SABR had been chronicling this trend, but I wasn't sure whom that person was. I hope you can steer me to him or her.
