Ted is correct that we have proofed
against the daily totals for our most recently released seasons, but that is
not the case for all seasons. For some of them we did not have the official
daily records at the time of the release. At any rate, I have checked the
microfilm with the 1911 daily records and our accounts does NOT agree. The
official sheet has him one single, one double, one triple and no home runs. The
triple was on July 4, which we have. We have with a homer on September 2, which
the official totals have as a single for him. I will take a look at errors for
opposing fielders to see if that explains it, but I wanted to get this report
out right away.

Retrosheet has play-by-play from the Pittsburg(h)

assume (without having them in front of me) the official dailies agree.
