This is probably irrelevant, but I thought it was interesting.
The November 2005 issue of Baseball Digest (page 18) has a list of those LEAST likely to be hit by a pitch. Only players with 9000 or more plate appearances are included in the "All-Time Leaders" (Luke Appling with 931 PA/HBP is on top).
On the "Active Leaders" side Ruben Sierra had a 1240 PA/HBP with 8681 PA as of 8/21/2005, so it looks like he'll be #1 if he lasts long enough and ducks fast enough.

Obviously, it would be a monstrous task to gather all the info
(although I would think Retrosheet could be used from 1960-present),
