I got anxious from waiting and went ahead and bought a copy a week or
two ago from Amazon. I figure now I've got a copy that I can write in,
and I also assume that SABR will receive some (non-zero) percentage of
the sale. Perhaps the delayed printing was a cunning marketing ploy by
Scribner to help sell extra copies to impatient people like me? Just
kidding of course...
