The Indians and Mariners had their double-header scheduled for Sunday
postponed due to snow. I read that they plan to have a traditional
doubleheader on Monday (weather permitting), in which everyone with a
ticket for Monday's original game will instead receive a ticket for
both games that day.

How common is it these days for a double-header not to be 'separate
admission?' I can't remember hearing of one, although I don't track
double-headers in any detail.
