The 1963 Colt .45's played 29 games in June 1963, but scored only 45
runs for the month (only 1.55 runs/game on average). I checked some of
the low-scoring deadball teams and didn't see any teams approaching
that kind of futility for a single month.

Given that they played at least 20 (or maybe 25) games in the month,
has any team 'beaten' the Colts' mark for fewest runs in a month?
