I just finished a barefoot 4 miler in Brattleboro Vermont.
I ran barefoot, and so did my partner Jodi - but I was pushing
a stroller with my 2.5 year old son in it.

Nice smooth run - but I have another 3.5 hours of running to do this afternoon.

The micromuscles in my right foot (on the top of my foot) are tweaking out a bit
so I think that I am gonna run this afternoon with Vibrams on...
