Anyone doing the Southern California Half Marathon on Saturday?
I got sick twice in the last month and have just started running again
recently. I noticed that the tough skin on my soles started peeling
off after about a week of not running. I then started going on
barefoot walks and light runs, and somehow managed to get a cut for
the first time since this summer. My high-sensitivity hasn't returned
though, so that's good. I'm hoping to get in some good runs this week
before the half, and return to normal training later this month in
preparation for Surf City.
