Hey John,
 
Kathrine and I used to run on Sundays about 6 miles with 10 min pace. I would like to increase it week by week...I have not done it for the last 3 weeks but will be back this Sunday. If you want to join me let me know.
 
Anyone else, who is interested is welcomed to join as well.
