Hi everyone, the volunteer coordinator for SheROX asked me to forward
some info:

The Ameriprise Financial SheROX Philadelphia Triathlon is less than a
month away, Sunday, August 5, 2007. It's not too late to be a part of
this premier triathlon just for women, from the organizers of the
Philadelphia Insurance Triathlon.

VOLUNTEER!
You know that the success of any race is very dependent upon the
participation of hundreds of volunteers. If you or your group would
like to volunteer to help on either Saturday, August 4 and/or Sunday
August 5, please send an e-mail to volunteers@.... All
volunteers will receive an official race t-shirt as well as food and
drink.
We are looking for volunteers to help with Registration on Saturday
the 4th from 8:30 to 5 (or any time they can give). On Race Day,
Sunday the 5th, we are looking for volunteers to do Body Marking and
help with Registration and in Transition at 5:30 AM. If you are not
able to arrive that early, we need volunteers on the Bike/Run Course
starting at 6:30 AM or Food/Finish Line beginning at 8 AM. Need more
