I am planning to do a light track work tomorrow (Thursday) evening at
6:30 on the Franklin Field track in U-Penn campus(33rd and Spruce).
Since this my first track workout in years, I will take it easy this
time. Perhaps I start with 1 mile jog, and 5-8 400m dash with walk in
between, and 1 mile cooldown run. If anyone wants to join, please
