To answer Mary's question about our water stop fun this Sunday...The event porta-potties are almost 2 miles away at the transition area. There are trees & bushes closer, for camping-style relief. :)See you Sunday morning!

Thanks Art & John and all who have signed on for Sunday!Sounds like we have a fun group of volunteers for Sunday's triathlon.More are always welcome to join us and bring friends! What to wear - Sunscreen!!! !And if you have a "Fairmount Running Club" shirt, feel free to wear that too! Any style will do: from the old yellow cotton style, to our 2006 gray running shirt, to our contemporary navy blue running shirt.Place: West River Drive (M.L..King Drive) under Strawberry Mansion bridge -- about 3 miles from Art Museum. Best to jog or bike there, as it is closed and there are no real convenient places to park. When: Please arrive by 7:30 at latest! If you get there by 7am, even better, and I'll have a box of coffee to share! How long? Stay as long as you can. I think we'll be finished about noon (that is a guess). Thanks again everyone!!!-steve h and chris k
