Aparently Rory is on the Sale Shark injury list again. It didn't say what but I
do believe it may be his ankle again. You do remember he limped off the field
during the match between the Sharks and the Saints. Let's see if he makes the
next match on the 25th April when the Sharks and the Saints have a rematch. I
also read that Ben Cohen signed a two year contract with the Sharks. I just
wonder if Rory is going to be enticed by the French. .. G ...

Well, the early news I came across was the Sale Sharks Homepage. The finally
score was Northampton 38 - 3 Sale Sharks. Sale Sharks had the most injuries they
ever had in one game. Rory Lamont left the pitch during the game limping. You

Scotland have announced that Rory started training again today (Monday) with the
squad and he might play against Ireland. Here's Hoping!!! :)

He's sporting a new look beard - he looks very different!

$675,330 a year isn't a bad offer from the Toulon Black & Reds. I
wonder what Sales Sharks and Glasgow Warriors will offer? It sounds
like he's still negotiating with Sales. They may come to a
compromise which they will both be happy with. The Lad has a flat or
house in Cheshire Or Chester area. Does he really want to give it
up? The Sale fans love him, too. Though, he had a bad injury year.

I was reading my weekly Sale Sharks Newsletter. It told me who was on
the injury list and how they were doing. I noticed that it didn't
mention how Rory was recovering. I sent an inquiring e-mail asking why
nothing was mentioned about Rory and how was he doing. I received an
answer a couple of days later.

First: Rory had ankle surgery on October 12, 2008. That was two days
after his Birthday.

Second: They had to repair severe ligament damage. They didn't say
which ankle.

Third: Rory is recovering well, but he's not recovered enough to
return to the Pitch for another couple of months.
