... but if the British Teams aren't going to use the Scottish players, then why recall them from the national team practices. It's starting to seem as though British Rugby and Rugby Union are getting advice, on how to disrupt other national teams practices, from Karl Rove (the dirty tricks Republican political operative behind George W. Bush and Dick Cheney).
