Arroyo, Harang, Phillips, Encarnarcian, Freel should be the core group.  Anyone else is trade bait.  I'd bring back Aurillia, Denorfia, Hopper, and bring up Homer from AAA.

I like the new ownership and I think everything will be done over the winter to improve the lineup.  I agree that about the only ones to be sure of their jobs are Harang and Arroya.  I like Brandon Phillips and hope he will be back playing short stop but even at 2nd base would be great.  It will certainly be interesting to see what moves are made during  the winter.  I wouldn't cry any tears if they deal Dunn.  Griffey is ok but if he goes I wouldn't spend much time grieving either.  I like some of the younger players too so I guess we will see what happens.
