I just updated RSCI with the final rankings for 2009.
You'll note that I made one rather significant change
this time by dropping HoopScoop as a source. They were
the only ones that I used that still separated 5th
year players, which was always messing up the rankings.
So, we lose a source but gain a great deal more clarity
in the RSCI rankings, which seemed like a good trade off.
