Have you figured out the cue sheet? If it is available, can I post it on other cycling site?

Subject: [ROChiNa] Re: Nov 11th 100km Fun Ride: What It Is
The FLYING FOX RIDE is one of the types of rides that Randonneurs of China will hold during the year. There are three types basically:
- ACP BREVETS: (200km or longer) These are internationally approved and recognized brevets that must meet strict guidelines. The rider who completes the brevet in time receives official recognition from the governing body in France and the rider is noted in a historical log. The brevet route must be submitted to France for official approval.
- ROCn BREVETS: (200km or longer) A brevet run by us that doesn't have to meet all the guidelines. No official recognition by France.
- OTHER Rides: (100km or longer or shorter) ROCn rides just for the fun of it and what not.
The Flying Fox ride can be done as a 100km ride or less because it's built as an Out & Back route. So if you only want to do 40km, head out 20km, turn around, head back.
The idea behind this ride was to get a 100km route built and for ROCn and/or FHL cyclists to have an alternative ride to do. I also belong to FHL but no way can I keep up with their pace and leaving at 6:00 a.m. from PUXI is just a tad too early ![]()
The other thing that is difference is that this does not have an official start time. It's a "show and go" meaning you can start any time you'd like. But it does have a suggested "end" time so that folks can gather for a brew, lunch or just some get to know ya chat. The suggested end time is 1:00 to 1:30 which I came up with figuring I'm probably the slowest rider and it will take me 4.5 to 5.0 hours to complete 100km
The other thing is that I hope to have about four 100km routes in Shanghai and Suzhou that someone or a group can ride at any time. Each ride will have a cue sheet filed here and on the FHL site or someone can write to me for a copy. A rider in Suzhou has built two or three 100km routes and I'll be heading up there in December to help build the cue sheets.
This is a group site so any one here can say when the routes are built: "Hey, I'm doing the XYZ route next Saturday at X o'clock. Anyone who wants to come along is welcome"
Any other questions feel free to post here or if you want to keep it off line my email is jkeenan0407 AT yahoo DOT com
