Hello RMCCC. 
   Hopefully all of you are enjoying a break from cycling, or out killin it at cyclocross.  The NCCA Board has published the collegiate cycling rule changes to go in effect January 1, 2010.  There are 7 of them (see attached document) and I suspect there will only be concern on the last one - Aero Equipment.

  This weekend, the 11 Conference Directors from around the nation and the NCCA Board will be meeting in Colorado Springs to discuss the goals for collegiate cycling for the next year.  Part of that discussion will include these rules. 

  Please read through the rules and send me emails with any thoughts or concerns you would like me to voice on your behalf at this conference.  Also, any thoughts or concerns about collegiate cycling on the whole that you would like to bring up, feel free to send to me by Friday.

 I will send a summary of the meeting next week.
