These are the rules of our conference as determined from the most recent
conference rules (2000-01) and changes made at the annual meeting last
year and the year before. Some rules are also derived from the former
RMCCC constitution, unless superseded by the current NCCA rules or newer
versions of our conference rules.

Also attached is the official NCCA rulebook for 2003-04.

Any discussion of the rules or suggested changes will be discussed at
the conference meeting Saturday.
