Hi everyone-
Spring is rapidly approaching, so I figured I'd check in with you race
promoters to inform you of my plans vis-a-vis our lovely PA system. As
we did last year, the general policy will be as follows: For the
listed races, I'll be on-site with the PA system to announce
collegiate events. Most of the time it'll be best to only announce
crits, as road races and TTs are often not that spectator (or
announcer) friendly. I will likely not be able to announce the USAC
events, but you are welcome to use the PA, provided you sign your life
away to ensure that it won't be broken or misused. As of now, I'm
planning on announcing the following races:

CC
DU
CU
UNC
Mines
AFA

Note: CSU, if you'd like the PA at your race, see if the Air Force or
CC folks will help out and bring it up to your race. It doesn't work
out for me, logistically, to get it from CVA (down in Colo Spgs)
beforehand.
