Collegiate Team Leaders,
[ROAD
NATIONALS DATE CORRECTION]
I
wanted to issue a correction to the previously posted date for the upcoming
Collegiate Road Nationals in Fort Collins, CO. The date was originally
posted as May 15-17, which is INCORRECT. The city of Ft. Collins could
not accommodate this due to other city activities that made lodging double the
cost. The CORRECT date is May 8-10 and I’m sure that more
affordable and available lodging is a big plus as you make your travel
arrangements. If you have any questions, you can contact me or USA
Cycling National Events Director, Justin

[CLUB
RENEWAL for 2009]
2009
is here and that means that every club MUST renew their club memberships with USA
Cycling to be recognized within your conference, so riders on your team can
purchase and attach their racing licenses to the club, and before any club can
permit events within the spring season.
There
are two options to renew:
*The
first is the quickest method and we all know how collegiate strive to be fast
at everything! Online the president or primary contact (that is currently
registered in the USAC database) can log into their personal MY USA Cycling
page and renew with a CC payment. Then submit the supplemental Club
Eligibility form found here http://www.usacycling.org/forms/collegiate/CollClubEligibility.pdf.
*The
second is mailing the hard application found here, http://www.usacycling.org/forms/clubapp.pdf
and the Club Eligibility form found here, http://www.usacycling.org/forms/collegiate/CollClubEligibility.pdf
to USA Cycling offices at the address found on the form.
*And
as a reminder, please update your club officers, contacts, mailing addresses,
emails, etc.
