Hi all -
I've just confirmed that the Dacono bmx track will be hosting a FREE BMX race prior to the 4X race this Saturday. The free race is in no way related to CU or the collegiate series, but could be a great way to get some extra practice in before the collegiate event.
MTBs are allowed at bmx races, but you'll have to race the cruiser class. Note that pants and long sleeves are required to race at an ABA sanctioned event.
Registration is free, but I'm not certain what license requirements will be. You may need to get a one-day ABA license to participate. They'll be available at the registration booth.
