Howdy RMCCC folks,

Collegiate Track is in your back yard next month, so I’m expecting maximum attendance and domination from the RMCCC.   Seriously, I’m calling you out! 

 

If anyone lives in the Springs, we should offer up Host housing opportunities to any of the schools/riders attending.  I will throw up my spare room for someone and I’m sure there are many others that would be interested in doing the same.  Anyone game for taking the lead on coordinating host housing?

 

Also, if you don’t feel like you have the experience to attend, the velodrome where the event will be has 3 races weekly.  There is a Tuesday set of races that is super low-key racing for fun that consists of a short, medium, and long distance race.  The Thursday races are a bit more racey, as points and prizes are up for grabs.  The same format of short, medium and long is followed.  Then on Saturday, they have various racing and clinics.  They even rent bikes for $5!    I even went and raced this week with no prior track experience so no one could call me out on why I hadn’t done it yet.
