Rudy Project North America has been the distributor of Rudy Project eyewear, helmets and gear for both the US and Canada since 1996.  World Headquarters is located in Treviso , Italy , Customer Service and Warehouse in San Clemente , California , and Sales and Marketing in Denver , Colorado .

 Hours:         Full-Time Position/Long-Term

Location:    Denver Office; Downtown/City Park

Job Description:

A qualified candidate must have the ability to think on their feet, be self-motivated and be extremely well organized. You must have knowledge or an interest in the sports, cycling, triathlon and/or ski industries. This position serves as the voice behind the brand.  You will work with me be the contact person for all of our athletes/teams throughout the US and Canada . The ideal candidate must be a problem solver and someone who can come up with a solution for just about any situation.  It is also imperative that you work well in a fast-paced, growth company office environment.

Office duties will include, but are not limited to:

•  Screening all athletes/teams that apply for sponsorship.

• Sending contract to accepted athletes/teams.

•  Receiving signed contracts, and entering data into Excel spreadsheets.

•  Filing contracts after receiving and entering the necessary data.

•  Transferring data from spreadsheet into a back end server.

•  Communicating with contracted athletes/teams.

•  Tracking orders and rewarding teams when necessary.

•  Monitoring athlete/team websites to ensure that our company information is clearly and properly displayed.

•  Answering email questions from athletes/teams.

•  Replying to phone messages and answering phone calls from athletes with questions.

•  Reading race recaps, sorting pictures and gathering information to send to our entire athlete pool.

•  Resolving all athlete/team issues.

•  Managing a comprehensive athlete database.

•  Researching/evaluating events (ie. Races) for possibility of sponsorship.
