Anyone interested in Ricks Camp,
I¡Çm planning on going to the second week of the camp but it¡Çs a long drive to do alone from C Springs. If anyone is interested in car pooling and / or going in on one of the condos together let me know. Thanks

Subject: RMCC: Base-Training Camp
Everyone:
Attached is a flyer for a base-training camp that Rick Crawford is involved with. It sounds like this would be a great organized opportunity for people to ride in a place that will be a little warmer than these parts. For those looking forward to a good season, it's always a good idea to learn more about or to be reminded how a proper base season is structured. As many of you know (some through personal experience) this is often an aspect of training that is either completely botched or completely overlooked, with dire consequences later in the cycling season.
If you are interested please contact Rick or those people listed on the flyers directly. Note the collegiate discount is 10%. Spending New Years in Tucson with riding buddies doesn't sound so bad either. If mountain bike season was any indication, that could be a great party!
thanks

Rob,
Thought you might be interested in distributing this to the conference. I think it would be a very good opportunity for great training, and I will be personally indoctrinating the our new riders with cycling training wisdom.,Plus it will be great fun.
Collegiate discount of 10% applies to the flyer rates... basically covers lodging and camp activities.
You should come!
