How official do things need to be? It will be about another week before I have a race flyer for you, but I would be happy to type up the basics on letterhead. I'd hate for you all to miss out on an awesome weekend of racing because of beaurocracy so I'd like to get a move on this... directing this race was kind of a dumb luck surprise just a few weeks ago and I am still ironing out those final flyer details.

 

If you can wait a week, I promise the flyer will be up and posted and emailed out.

If you can't, let me know what I can send to you that will be accepted by your travel people.

 

On a side note, in the next week we will also be getting active.com pre-registration up and running so if this is an easier way to get your team paid for race wise, I will be sending out that link as soon as it is ready to go.
