Hello Steve and RMCC folks.
A couple of things:
1. The website - I think we should keep all results etc in one place. RMCC has
a website on the USA cycling site and a new webmaster there who seems keen on
keeping things up to date. I've been working with him a little to get our
spring calendar on and get it set up for photos. It shouldn't be a problem to
post result data (or link to result data) as developed by Phillip but I'm not
sure we need another web site - just the compiled data in web format.
2. I for one am still in favor of having the conference pay for results
tallying, but I think we need a quote as to how much this will be - Steve can
you get some figures from Phillip?
3. I think it would be very benificial to get together with Daniel M (new USAC
collegiate director) to discuss conference goals - things like linking
collegiate and USCF ranking systems, more support for collegiate activities,
etc. Would anyone be interested in a field trip to Col Springs, or a conference
call in late Jan or early Feb?
Hope you are all enjoying the snow back home - I'm in (somewhat) sunny Australia
- yesterday I got to do a ride with Robby McEwen and Cadel Evans!

Hello all: Here are some ideas/plans for posting results and standings:
I'm going to work up permanent numbers for everyone (again)for this
Spring. If everyone supports it, when results are submitted in the
proper format to the coloradousac.org webmaster he will dump them into
the standings spreadsheet and we'll see fast and accurate standings.
This relieves some of the burden of Anne and Brian who did the work
last season. Or of a Conf. Dir. if there ever is one. At the (team
pres.) meeting last Fall (at the CU MTB event)it appeared that everyone
was in favor of paying the webmaster for this. Since we're closer than
it seems to the first race of the season, I'd like to formalize (or at
least reiterate) this so he can move forward.
If there are any comments or suggestions on 1) numbering, 2) standings
or results formats, or 3) making this agreement with Philip (the
webmaster) please let me know. (I'm not an active forum participant so
contact us through the coloradousac.org website, or me directly at
steve.hymes@...). Thanks, Steve
