Nina,
We are pretty far along the process making arrangements for hosting the race with CC March 4-5, so I think we need to stick with these dates.
Patrick,
The USAFA “events committee” said it was ok for us to move our TTT to the morning of Saturday, Mar 4, so you are good-to-go with the crit that afternoon at World Arena.

(swapping UNM and USAFA/CC dates?)
All,
We are in the process of finalizing the date for the world arena, it's not completely fixed but we are committed to the race date with the AFA and I don't believe it would make much sense to have us try to put on a full race the following weekend (if that had been eluded to...). We don't want to bail on the AFA and one big race weekend in the springs can be an easier promotion for this year. Of course next year we should get both our teams on the schedule, and again we are very grateful to the AFA for offering to let us co-host. However, if it were to become an option, we would give thought to taking the weekend that might be available from the change in the UNM race IF that occurred, with out bailing on the AFA unless they decided that in that scenario they would want their entire weekend to themselves. All that is just a thought, as for now our plans are to continue with the crit on Sat Mar 4 ,in the afternoon.

Nina,
It will be hard to switch dates since we already received permission from the USAFA events committee to host the TTT and road race Mar 4-5 and Colorado College (who is co-hosting with us) already reserved the “World Arena” for Crit on Saturday.
While changing dates with our “committee” is not impossible, all it takes is one organization at USAFA to have a conflict with our race for the committee to say “No.” (so we were happy they said yes to Mar 4-5)
Patrick,
Did you already finalize the Crit with World Arena for Saturday Morning, Mar 4?
