Subject: 2004 Collegiate Track Nationals
Dear NCCA Conference Directors,
The Lehigh Valley Velodrome is excited about hosting the 2004 Collegiate Track Nationals from September 16-18. I was wondering if you could help us out by sending an email to the schools in your conference asking them to bring a school flag that we can fly from our bridge or backstraight grandstands. Flags should be standard 3' x 5' if possible.
I'm not sure of your duties as conference directors and this request may not be possible, but if it is I would appreciate any help you can give. This is our first time hosting this event and we want to make it as much fun as possible.
