FYI everyone:
This is a chance to make sure that our conference gets a strong voice at
USA cycling, something we desperately need given the challenges of
distance and licensing (with ACA troubles for officials and permits
etc).

Please forward Brian's note to your teams - I am confident Brian would
be a great asset to us and collegiate cycling in general with his
experience on and off the bike.
