Please let me know if any pirticular advise for winter running. i'll
try to run outside when i can, bc i think inside gets very boring.
club meetings are at 6.15pm most days? I have night class 4 days a
week! I guess I'll b e running on my own most days! maybe could make
it on a friday or weekends. hopefully class schedule wont conflict
next quarter. I want to come to the race in 2 weeks! I reasearched
some stuff online.... check out.... www.roadsarepoison.com ....ive
never tried that snowshoe running, but thought it looks like fun

yup, it's been 6:15 Monday through Thursday, although I can't run on Tuesdays for the rest of the quarter. There hasn't been any time set for Friday or...
