Hello All,
I received a note from Maureen Wood, long-time running club member and
president from 2004-2005, way back in September and have been meaning
to post it for all to enjoy. Please excuse my delay and at the same
time enjoy catching up on the news from Maureen's life. I'm sure
Maureen would enjoy hearing from any one who would like to drop her a
line.

"Hi Peter,
Wow! Nice to see people we know reaching new running goals. :)
How are you doing? Anything new and exciting happening in Rochester? I
heard from Marc that the Running Club is bringing back the Brick City
Run, and the membership is growing. It's so nice to hear that the club
is doing well. I'm afraid I'm taking a break from running for a while
due to some knee trouble. I was training for the Hartford Marathon all
summer, but am afraid I will have to try again next year. In the
meantime, I'm doing aerobics and a little strength training.
Dental school is going well. It keeps me very busy, but I know the
hard work will be worth it. Plus, now that I have the experience of
one year under my belt the work load isn't quite so daunting. I have
already learned how to do some basic cavity preps and fillings! :)
Anyway, I hope all is well with you. Keep in touch!
Maureen"
