I recently found out that I fractured the carliage in my knee (not running of
course...lol) and I'm on the shelf for about 8 weeks. I'm still planning for a
fall marathon and I'm looking for anyone who has done aqua running. Is it
sufficiant to keep me on pace and where can I find the proper floatation device
to use? I've been to a few places and struck out so far. Any thoughts and
suggestions for my training over the next 8 weeks would be helpful from anyone.

Happy Trails.

Matt
