I spoke with Quanne a few days ago and he has sent me some workout
information that I will post, bit by bit.
He is working on "The Quanne McCutchen Get Big Book," which will be
packed with photos of him and information about how he trains.
He is now working out twice a day, six days a week, concentrating on
getting big. His book, when he and I eventually have it together (my
photos, his info), will show you how he did it.
