Well he certainly has the upper body down, I think the leg training
comes down to going back to the basics and getting a lot stronger.
Nothing very fancy just basic compound movements such as squats, leg
press and deadlifts for a good 4 months, focus on getting stronger
and the mass will follow, Quanne probably knows this already.
