For those who participate in, or are interested in participating in, the International Defensive Pistol Assocation meets at Prado Olympic Shooting Park in Chino, California.

Matches are held the first and third Saturday of every month.

Registration at 8:30 A.M., safety briefing and walk-through at 9:00 A.M., competition to follow.

There is a shotgun/handgun (2 gun) match on the first Saturday of the month. (It is expected to resume in January, 2004.) Registration for it begins at 8:15 A.M., and the match begins at 8:30 A.M.

Prado Olympic Shooting Park also hosts a No Light/Low Light Night Match during the Standard Time months (Nov-Apr), generally in November or December. There have been as many as 8 stages, with varying light conditions, and it was a great experience! Remember: dress warm because it gets cold out in the country, and bring red filters for your flash lights (prevents night blindness).
