Not everyone wants a NEW rifle. They do like the history attached to the
rifle itself. Also, anyone qualified to buy a firearm in the US (baring LOCAL
issues) can purchase from the DCM. You must have several pieces of
documentation involving participation in matches or membership in a DCM
affiliated
organization to purchase. Or, alternatively, a member of the Armed Forces or an
LEO.
The steps are quite clear on the _www.ODCMP.com_ (
http://www.ODCMP.com) web
site. I didn't know about the LEO deal till last spring and have purchased
two very nice Carbines from them. One of which will be my new 5.7 Johnson.
The prices for the Rack Grade were under $500 and the Service Grade was under
$600.
Have a great Saturday.
