You can use the email list without signing up for a Yahoo Group ID and
signing in on the web site.
But,, to do the polls, you need to be a Yahoo member.

This gentleman wants to be part of the mailing list without submitting
to the Yahoo sign-up process. That's all, no reason th be combative
about it.
