Received my M1 Carbine this week. It's interesting how it slots into
my Carbine selections. 10,15,30rd mags puts it above the Marlin .45
and my CCU, and on par with .223. The m1 Carbine is light, short, and
not evil looking.
I'm surprised how many aftermarket parts are available. I'm thinking
of picking up either the Promag rail front end or a rail-heat shield so
I can mount a red dot.
I hope to get out this weekend to set it up.
