Sounds like a PITA. I did not notice if they have a phone #, if they
do try giving them a call. As to ordering, I take it they did not
charge you for it?
I have never ordered directly from Michaels. The only thing I ever
use their site for is to find exactly what I need, then order from
someone who has it. The price is always cheaper at one of the big
places, but often it's hard to find which part you need from the big
sellers.
